The fourth edition of the Milan International Gelato Award (MIGA) will have a less classical but more contemporary theme: the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics.

A few months before the inauguration of the Winter Olympic Games, we thought it appropriate to dedicate the gelato competition to “cold” sports disciplines.
It will perhaps be easier to create a flavor for a discipline (169 rather than for one of the places (8) where the competition will take place, but always remaining faithful to the theme.

 

The third edition of the Milan International Gelato Award (MIGA) will have as its theme: Alessandro Manzoni, Italian writer, poet and playwright.

The great teaching that comes to us from the Lombard writer is to believe and not retreat, always advance towards the affirmation of positive values, those that restore the sense of human dignity and civilization.
